         1st Xi 8pm - 9pm,

        3rd and 4th train  9pm - 10pm

• Ladies Training:

         1st Lilleshall National Sports Centre Wednesday 7pm - 8.30pm

         2nds and 3rds Meole Bracce Roman Road Tuesday 7pm-8pm

• Junior Training:

          U10s Meole Brace Roman Road Sunday 10am-11am.

         Badgers (10-15)  Meole Brace Roman Road Tuesday 6-7pm
